Mona Nyachhyon is a cybersecurity professional and the Founder & CEO of Monal Tech Pvt. Ltd., a Kathmandu-based cybersecurity company providing security consulting, SOC services, training, and product solutions. She has over a decade of international IT and security experience, has led large engineering and delivery teams, and regularly speaks on cybersecurity, digital trust, and women’s leadership in tech. Mona has been nominated for international IT recognitions (including shortlistings in Silicon Valley and Asia) and has played key roles in industry events such as TEDx and national ICT initiatives.
